Four Indian Springs Seniors Named National Merit Finalists
Four Indian Springs seniors have advanced to become Finalists in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship Program: Duncan Earl ’24, Mason Forman ’24, Misbah Meghani ’24, and Matthew Thomson ’24.
They are among 15,000 Finalists nationwide (representing less than 1% of all graduating seniors) who were selected based on their achievements on the 2022 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT), high SAT scores, strong academic performance, participation in school and community activities, and leadership abilities.
As finalists, these four students will be considered for approximately 7,100 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $31 million. Winners will be announced in the spring.
