Indian Springs Board of Governors
Indian Springs' Board of Governors reflects a broad range of talents and viewpoints from the Indian Springs community and fosters inclusive decision-making.
The Board of Governors meets quarterly and holds an Annual Meeting in late spring. Six Board committees—Executive, Finance, Development, Academic Affairs, Governance, and Planning—also meet quarterly, and three subcommittees—Buildings and Grounds, Investments, and Marketing and Enrollment Management—meet throughout the year. The seven-year term is renewable for a second term as set by the will of Harvey G. Woodward and codified in the Board of Governors Bylaws.
